The 35th year of the Manhattan Beach 10K Run is being held on October 6, 2012. You can now register for the local race either online or at the Manhattan Beach Village Runner.
The 40th annual Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair also occurs this weekend on October 6-7, 2012. The Fair is fun for all ages. Great fair food, beer garden, beautiful arts & crafts from a variety of quality vendors, games for kids and free entertainment.

Start your summer fun with the all time popular Riviera Village Summer Festival, June 23rd and 24th. Located in the heart of the Riviera Village of Redondo Beach, at the corner of Catalina and Avenue I. The festival is sponsored by the Riviera Village Association and is celebrating its 34th year.
See over 250 arts and crafts booth, sample great food at the International Food Court and have the kids play on carnival rides. Watch local acts perform on the Community Stage while enjoying fresh squeezed lemonade or you can just hang in the ocean view Beer Garden, listening to great live bands performing all day.
The event runs from 10 am to 7 pm Saturday & Sunday. This year ride your bike to a “No-cost Bike Corral” valet service on Vista del Mar & Camino de la Costa run by the Beach Cities Cycling Club, sponsored by the BCHD or park at West High School and take advantage of the free shuttle service to the event.
